BESSEMER – The Bessemer Planning Commission went over a draft ordinance to regulate short-term rentals during its regular meeting on Tuesday night. “It’s very thorough, there’s no question about it,” said councilman and committee member Terry Kryshak. SAXON, Wis. - Volunteer firefighters were roused from their beds around 3 a.m. on Wednesday to respond to a fire in Saxon Harbor, Saxon-Gurney Fire Department Chief Stacy Ofstad told the Daily Globe on Wednesday.
