    BESSEMER - The Bessemer school board discussed enrollment and graduation rates at its meeting Thursday evening. "Bessemer's flying high, both athletically and academically," said superintendent Dave Radovich. The school's graduation rate is the highest in the intermediate school district, he said.     HURLEY - The Iron County Comprehensive Planning/Land and Zoning Committee unanimously approved a conditional use permit for Gogebic Taconite Thursday, allowing the company to begin bulk sampling at the proposed iron mine site near Upson.
