LAUGHLIN, Nev. - Mildred L. "Millie" Kloes, 84, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2021, in Laughlin, where she and her husband, Ralph Kloes, currently made their home. Millie was the daughter of Russel H. and Mildred V. Palmer, born on Dec. 24, 1936, in Hillsdale, Michigan, where she was raised and attended high school.
