Aurora Borealis

The northern lights made a surprise appearance in the Upper Peninsula, including above at Black River Harbor in Ironwood Township, in the early morning hours on Tuesday. They are shown here as the moon sets off to the west on a calm, mild and quiet night along the Lake Superior shore.
