Bessemer residents look for common ground on marijuana

Around 25 area residents attend a community forum on finding solutions to odors related to growing marijuana in Bessemer on Wednesday at the Bessemer City Hall auditorium.

BESSEMER - The Bessemer City Council held a forum to find common ground and possible solutions among marijuana growers and those who complain about the odor of unfiltered processing.

"This gets us moving in the right direction together," said Terry Kryshak, council member and mayor pro temp. "We don't have to keep pointing fingers."
