HURLEY — The incumbents won out in Iron County Tuesday night as the current office holders in both of the county’s contested races fended off challengers in Tuesday’s general election.
Iron County Clerk Michael Saari received 2,223 votes across the county to defeat Christan Brandt’s 1,712 votes, while District Attorney Matthew Tingstad received 2,398 votes to overcome Douglas Muskett’s 1,506 votes.
