    To the Editor: Whatever happened to the customer is always right? I am writing to express my disappointment in customer service in our local area. I always felt that our small, close-knit lifestyle was the way to live. Everyone knows everyone and we take care of each other. In recent months, that belief has turned to pure disgust.     MADISON, Wis. (AP) - The University of Wisconsin System president fired back Thursday against Gov. Scott Walker's suggestion that faculty teach more classes as a way to help absorb a $300 million funding cut, saying the governor doesn't understand professors already face a huge workload.     KENOSHA, Wis. - Thomas Joseph "Tom" Verbos Sr., 76, of Kenosha, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Jan. 26, 2015, at Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha. Born in Ironwood, Mich., on April 3, 1938, he was the son of the late Joseph Verbos Sr. and late Evelyn (Kauppi) Engstrom. He was educated in the schools of Gogebic County, Michigan, and moved to Kenosha in the late 1950s. On Feb. 8, 1964, he married Janice Mason at Grace Lutheran Church in Kenosha.
