    WAKEFIELD - Wakefield City Council members entered into a lease agreement Wednesday with the Diocese of Marquette for Father Daniel Hall, located on Maria Lane, which the city plans to use as its new city hall.     WOODRUFF, Wis. - Jean Ann Chapman, 70 of Lac du Flambeau, and formerly of Green Bay, died on Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014, at Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff. Jean was born on June 10, 1944, in Green Bay, the daughter of Bernard and Phyllis (nee Mason) Vanden Plas. Jean graduated from Green Bay West High School in 1962.
