BRUCE CROSSSING, Mich., — Garlen WesIey “Butch” Nara, 66 of Bruce Crossing, passed away on Friday, Dec. 4, 2015 at his home surrounded by loved ones.
Butch was born in Wakefield to Wesley and Gerty Nara on March 19, 1949. He attended high school in Ewen and graduated from Northern Michigan University. He worked for Chrysler Corporation untiI he retired and moved back home to the U.P.
Butch is survived by his father, Wesley, his daughter Amanda (Mandy) of HazeI Park, Mich., Sheila (Ches)Johnson of Kenton, Mich., his twin sister Gail (Bill) Wolfe of Bruce Crossing, Valerie (John) Wolfe of Bruce Crossing, Stephanie (Rick) Ulness of Milwaukee, Wis., his uncle Raymond Johnson of Lake City, Mich., numerous nieces and nephews and a very special friend and nephew, David Johnson of Kenton, Mich.
Butch was preceded in death by his mother, Gerty Nara.

A celebration of Butch′s life will be held at a later date.
