The well-trained volunteers are under the auspices of the Michigan Sheriff’s Association and are a short-term advocacy group for victims.     BOULDER JUNCTION, Wis. — Emil Busse Sr. passed away on Sunday, Dec. 2, 2018. He was born in Germany and came to this country in 1954 after World War II with his mother and cousin, eventually settling in Boulder Junction. In 1973, Emil married Patricia Burnell in Hurley. She survives. He is also survived by one son, Emil Jr. and daughters, Naomi Brooks, Valerie Wager and Elvira James and their families; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren and nephews and nieces.
